Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Orders typically ship out within 2-3 Business days (not including weekends or U.S. Holidays) from the day they are placed (applies to standard shipping only). Orders with packs are hand assembled at our warehouse or Amazon FBA warehouse and may require additional time before orders containing these items ship, especially during season. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You may track your package by entering your tracking number into Google or by going directly to www.17track.net/en.

US SHIPPING

All of our packages are shipped using UPS, USPS, or DHL. It usually arrived your address within 2-3 days.


Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note: Canadian Customs limits imports of textile products to $1600 Canadian dollars per day for individuals who are not licensed importers. Orders that exceed this limit will not be processed by our warehouse so please do not exceed this limit.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices, and any customs fees assessed by your country will be charged at the time of delivery. These fees are collected by the local government and are not charged by us, please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these possible fees.
