If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund if the item(s) is/are unworn and clean with original tags attached. Returns containing pet hair, stains, or odors cannot be accepted.

2. Package your return item(s).

3. Ship your items back using the pre-addressed UPS return label we have included with your order for your convenience. This service is offered for returns coming from US addresses only. Attach the label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any UPS location. Please obtain the tracking # for your records. If you choose to use the included UPS label, a $8.50 fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Alternatively, you may ship your items back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a service with tracking capabilities.

5. Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a refund for the full purchase price (less the cost of shipping) to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days from the day we receive your package.



We are happy to help you place a new order and provide you with free shipping on your repurchase order. We will do our best to get your new products out to you right away, provided the item(s) is/are in stock. You will be charged for the new product on its way out to you and we will cover standard shipping for this order. Once we receive your return product, we will credit you for it within 5-7 business days. Please follow the ‘Making A Return’ instructions above.
